Prepare and ship your return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can simply return it within 90 days of time period. Based on your method of payment with a valid receipt, we will refund your money. The customers has to make sure that the return goods are in original packaging and all accessories included. Moreover the items should not be used in any mean. Kindly follow these steps;

3) Once we receive the package in original condition we will refund you the money by means you made the payment at time of purchase.
4) In case the shipment you received is not in according to what you have order simply inform us by email or by making a call to our office numbers, and return the goods the company will replace the items.

Exchange an Item
1) If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you can inform us by email or telephone, and return the items and we will exchange it with size or color which you wish to exchange.
2) In case the exchange size and color is not available the company will inform the customer and make him refund after receiving the items in original condition.
3) In case the exchange size and color has different price so customer has to pay for extra cast, or in case of less price the company will refund the adjustable amount.
Shipment Charges for Return or Exchange of Goods
1) In case the items are not as described at time of purchase or are damaged, so in this case the company will bear the shipping charges and reimburse the amount to customer.
2) In case the items you received are wrong items, the company will bear the return and re-shipping cast.
3) In case the customer has order according to size and description provided, the customer is liable to pay the shipping charges.
4) In case you are returning the extra items received in shipment the customer will pay the shipping charges.
5) In case you want to trade your items with another size or color, the customer will pay the shipping charges.
