RETURN ITEMS YOU ORDERED
Prepare and ship your return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase order then you can simply return it within the time period of 90days. On the basis of your method of payment along with its valid receipt we will refund your deposited amount. The customer has to make it sure that product’s packaging is not damage and it includes all the accessories. Moreover, the item should be used in any mean. Kindly follow the subsequent steps:

3) Once we will make it sure that product is not damaged and it is still in original condition we will refund your money by the same means via you have made payment.
RETURNing Goods YOU HAVEN’T ORDER
4) In the case the product you received by shipment is different from what you have ordered then inform us by dropping a mail or you can call us as well on our official number. Once the company will receive that product, it will replace it with the desired product you ordered.
5) In case you have received extra items simply return it to our mail address.
EXCHANGing AN ITEM
1) If you need different size and colors of ordered products then we give you this opportunity to replace the ordered product with the desired one. You can inform us by email or telephone.
2) In case, if the desired size and color is not available then company will inform it to the customer and make him refund after receiving the items in original condition.
3) In case if the exchange size and color has different prices then the customer will make additional payment whereas, in case if the price of exchanged product is less than what already has paid then company will refund the additional amount.
SHIPMENT CHARGES FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
1) 1)In case if the item varies from the one customer has ordered or If the customer finds damaged packaging, then in that case the company will bear the shipment charges and will reimbursed the amount.
2) In case the items you received are different from the items you ordered, the company will be responsible for bearing the return and re-shipping cost as well.
3) In case the customer receives what he has ordered including size and color then he will be responsible for paying shipping charges
4) In case if the customer finds any extra item and agrees to return it back then in that case company will bear the shipment charges.
5) In case customer wants to trade his items with another size or color then the customer will bear the shipment charges.
